Casserole carriers are great for transporting hot (or cold) items. They have very strong and long handles so only one hand is needed for the most ungainly dishes, a padded bottom to help keep hot dishes hot and protect delicate surfaces, and an extra-wide opening so dishes can be got in and out without too much tipping. They are aproximately 39cm in diameter and will hold a 2 litre casserole dish easily, or a large 2.5 litre bowl with lid (30cm x 8cm) snugly. The carriers are fully washable, made from a good quality cotton fabric and a polyester lined base. Available in any of the fabrics shown on the Fabrics page. Other designs and sizes can be requested. Very useful at $35 each.
